I use Hardwood Lump. I own a Kamado and they said only use this fuel so that's what I have been doing. I like the Mesquite and oak the best. I really buy it when I see it. If anyone sees a brand called "Viva Pancho anywhere please let me know. I'll buy more of it for sure. Great topic Greg!!!
